Special items of value will be priced separately i.e. Longaberger Basket collection items that we know will be available for this year's event. A popular sale promotion is Bag Sales. Friday, October 10th,all items that can be placed in a bag will be $2.00; and, Saturday, October 11th, all items in a bag will be $1.00. This will not include higher or valuabl priced items. Items can be brought to St. Mary's Parish Hall starting Sunday, October 5th. and placed in the corner near Jeanie's office. Sign-up sheets will be available in early September for volunteers to help organize items to be sold and to help with the selling on October 10th & 11th. Each year the Bake Sale is an important part of the two day event. It adds a personal touch to the day as free coffee is available and includes a wonderful selection of food items for the shoppers. Sign-up sheets for volunteers to make food items will be available in early September. As in previous years, please cover well any item that is to be sold individually and no custards or foods with ingredients that will require refrigeration.
